This was our first Thermal Shock process, and we were mightily impressed with it. This year, we have gone for Parra’s washed Pink Bourbon a coffee that is often described as her signature lot. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cbr\u003eWe love Pink Bourbon, and this particular lot showcases the varietal in its best light.
