We sourced a Red Fruit coferment from \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.unblended.coffee\/producers\/sebastian-ramirez\"\u003eSebastian Ramirez\u003c\/a\u003e and a Holiday blend from a team of \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.unblended.coffee\/producers\/recruitment-lot\"\u003eyoung producers\u003c\/a\u003e that Sebastian works with. The team is made up of Alejandro Ariza, Santiago Arango, Sara Tobon, and Cabresto Coffee. They blended Sebastian's cinnamon coferment with a washed lot from two other regions. We then added the red fruit, to add a little more fruitiness. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eRed-Fruit Coferment\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis coffee is fermented for 120 hours, washed, and then fermented with red wine yeast, dehydrated strawberries, and red fruit glucose.
